"But keep in mind that those grades in SA are 20+ times higher...." I mention the cost and complexity of the SA operations, because the problem that most people seem to have with Cangalli is the projected processing costs, rather than the grade.

We simply don't have much exense in processing material. For example, we are processing 2000 ton/day, and recovering over $9000 worth of gold, and our power costs are probably less than $200/day.

A similar-size SA operation would probably spend that much on power just to cool and ventilate the mine, so that the miners could work there. Apparently, it is 60°C underground, requiring that ice water be used for cooling. That water then has to be pumped a mile or two back up to the surface. This requires more machinery than our whole operation.
