Portfolio Stock / Upton Resources Upton Resources Releases Offering Summary CALGARY, Feb. 28 /CNW/ - (URC - TSE) - Upton Resources Inc. (Upton), further to its previously announced intention to seek alternatives to maximize shareholder value, today announced the release of its Offering Summary through Tristone Capital Inc. and Yorkton Securities Inc. Upton estimates current production of 5850 BOEPD. Development drilling, to take advantage of current oil prices, is ongoing with four rigs operating in southeast Saskatchewan. Production is forecast to exceed 6000 BOEPD in early March. The common shares of Upton are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "URC".
