We were a close friend and employee of Mary Grace and Wayne
,we purchased stock in the name of Intermarket Ventures Inc. 1996 when they were first beginning the business.
Which was supposed to be a long distance carrier, but later
changed to a silicon investor or SuperPOP, We purchased the
stock out of respect for Mary Grace, and also because she
was a close friend, we know all of the executives, Wayne,
Terry, and Brian, we worked for them when they were residing
in Malibu, California, and at the time we were living there
as well, we even moved with her out to Las Vegas, Nevada
where the main office was supposed to be located, in
Howard Hughes Parkway, we even helped her moved in the
location. We have made several calls to executives and no
response.
The only thing we have is that letter that she sent out to all of the websites in Feb of 2000. In my opinion the company would have been fine if Phil Cavanaugh had of stayed
aboard. I cannot keep track of the latest developments so
I am glad that I ran across the website, and I saw all of
these people that are having the same problem with this
company that we are having so I had to become a member
SO TO PUT IT IN SHORT FROM A CLOSE FRIEND AND FORMER EMPLOYEE OF MARY GRACES "MAYBE THIS IS A SCAM"

To answer your question "YES" we were deceived. I have been
trying to get in contact with the mgt. team for 5 years now
at the same number that you are referring to. I did receive
a respond back from Roger Rosenberg in New York referral for the NYSE transfers and also spoke w/Greg, and all they
informed me to do was to check the internet. The last time
I saw Jerry I was dropping off Mary Graces Mercedes Benz
at his house in Las Vegas. Tried selling stock through
stock broker and could not get any response from Roger
Rosenberg, would like to sell my stock 10'000 shares invested in a company that does'nt even exist on NASDAQ
or NYSE in the letter it states whenever it is practicable
whatever that means. (I dont want to tell everyones business
not that I know everybody that is affiliated with the company but I dont invest in stocks for a living I dont
know any of the terminology that is used for stock discussion) I even find myself watching CNN and MSNBC for
stock talks, when I would rather watch ESPN sportscenter
and I am just frustrated. I would rather know if I am not
going to get my money back or if this stock is worth something. I can't even sell my stock because knowone is sending me any info about my investment or dividends. I just would like a response that is all. I only invested because we were friends and Wayne asked if I wanted to invest and if your friend asked you to invest in his or her company would'nt you.
