Agree with you completely. That is why we have the rule of law.

I still think Cyberken is a fascist. Maybe it's the repeated references to exterminating the "Marxist Lenninist Anti American".

He sounds to me like someone who carries around a rope in the back of his pickup, just in case he and his buddies see one of the enemies on a dark road at night.
