Bushies lying about economy today telling us recession over, everything okay but could be better. Meanwhile consumer confidence just hit a 9-year low and it could get a lot worse, we are headed for a trillion dollar deficit by 2004, layoffs Bushies are no longer reporting continue en masse, even housing is starting to dive. What's left? Only defense contractors doing well. These lies are like Herbert Hoover telling Americans "prosperity is just around the corner" prior to the Great Depression. Bushies say these things to keep their popularity up, regardless of the truth, and this will come back to haunt them. A lot of Americans are like blind sheep now following the patriotic herd, but once they stop and realize where they've been led, they wont like it one bit.
