That is 100% true. Don't you think the appropriate time to ask such questions would have been in 1991, 1992, 1993 or 1994? Why do you think they are so compelled now in 2003? Is it because they've all of a sudden found a conscience or do you think it might be because they're about to get their doors blown off for not complying for over 12 years? I don't know for sure but I suspect it's the latter

I suggest that we offer to do it for them- -with a few strategically targeted nukes.
