UB, I really started watching the index p/c last summer. During most of the decline, it seemed to me that the index p/c was nearly always OVER one. In fact, I recall it being over 2 and over 3 for days running at some points during the selling. It is only recently that I have noticed it hanging around 1 and under 1.

Still don't know what to make of it.
