I think your right.

Someone on Stool commented that it isn't going to be J6P that enters the "recognition" phase, it's going to be foreign holders. J6P's protfolio has been so decimated that if they aren't/haven't selling/sold by now...they won't, they'll just hold them as "what if" lottery tickets.

Makes perfect sense to me.
