It's unfortunate that Hans has been unable to uncover most of the weapons. To anyone willing to listen to the evidence and weigh it honestly, Collin Powell was compelling and convincing in his presentation to the UN on this matter.

Moreover, the NSA has voice intercepts of the Iraqi top brass talking and joking with each other on where and how to move the weapons around to avoid the inspectors.

After all these years of hiding things from UN inspectors, it's become like a game to them. They are amused by it. And that makes the situation all the more grave.
