Judge Reinhardt is one courageous judge. Whether you agree or disagree with his decision, you can imagine the courage it took.

?Appeals Court Reinstates Ban on 'Under God' in Pledge Good, It was inserted so that you have to pause to say it, and that made if feel like a prayer to me. I never said it, and I always felt I could hear a lowering in the overall volume of the group when I shut up. But, the Supremes will probably overturn it. An emotional decision on their part, helped along by the war. From a technical political side, this is an enormous fundraiser for the Right. And helps them on Judges.
