Hi t4,
Up here (Toronto) at the retail level my last bill was
65$ 'delivery charge'
71$ 'supply charge' (the NG) We are in year three of a 5 year fixed contract so those without a contract are may be paying a lower ratio delivery to supply (higher supply) but I don't know that for sure.
10$ we're billing you BECAUSE WE CAN charge

It's about $.50 higher per Mcf getting through the bottle necks to get to NY. Actually 30% was a lot less than I expected.
