Hello energyplay, To put my thoughts in very few words, I believe the US is trying to have the whole world except itself disarm.

I think gold is a good bet under such circumstances.

One unknown - of importance - in all the scenarios about Iraq is what state the people is in. I'm afraid once Saddam Hussein regime is out they'll all need IV glucose for months if not years first. Means high possibility of opportunistic infections...

Somehow the 1990s in the Yugoslavia crossed my mind. When planeloads (from N., S.America, Australia) of WWII never-to-forgets (black shirt Croats, long hair Serbs) were landing in the old country, ready finally to settle 50-years old accounts...
