You'd be wrong. I was against interference in the Balkans. I saw that as a civil war, and I don't think we should get involved in those. I think the way to go after atrocities is with war crimes convictions. Your speculations are fueled by your beliefs, which makes you very likely to be wrong, as you are in this case, and as you are in many other things you've said. But I do appreciate your willingness to be wrong so spectacularly about where I stood on Kosovo. So thanks very much for that.
