IRAQI President Saddam Hussein's wealth is estimated at $3.3 billion and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's at $496 million.

Forbes magazine claims this in an edition on the world's richest people.
Entitled Kings, Queens & Despots, the edition singles out people whose fortunes do not come from "success stories of entrepreneurial capitalism".

Top of the list is Saudi King Fahd ($33 billion). Others include Queen Elizabeth ($869 million), Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands ($413 million) and Cuban President Fidel Castro ($182 million).
