I am glad, for your sake, that you have found John Pilger. Now please for our sakes, keep him to yourself, will you?

The human tragedies caused by the sanctions are one of the most compelling arguments against maintaining the containment policy, in my opinion.

I couldn't find any mention of Iraq's use of chemical weapons in Pilger's article. That would seem like a better explanation (than DU) for any increased cancer incidence in Iraq. Especially because DU ammo was used mostly in Kuwait and along the "highway of death" leading north from Kuwait. And chemicals once released are likely to be dispersed widely, while dust from DU is heavy and settles quickly.

Don't you find Pilger's article pretty biased, Amein? Nothing more than propaganda passing itself off as news.
