How do the "anti-war" folks answer this....??? I don't think they will, nor could they if they tried... The fact remains that we have no confidence that Saddam has complied with UNSC demands to disarm his WMD programs. Saddam has effectively claimed that all the documents have been destroyed, or never existed.. But we've caught him NUMEROUS times in these lies, where he has only given up documentation when clearly caught in a lie. Were he anyone of us facing an investigaton and having been subpoenaed (Duces Tecum), he'd have already been indicted several times for obstruction of justice. But with the UN, or in particular, the Old European and previously Communist aspect of it, obstruction of justice has no place in any UNSC resolution.. After all, they all have an interest in letting the defendant go free... Hawk
