The Federal Reserve has nothing to do with our government. It's a private entity.
I am quite well aware that the Federal Reserve is a private entity, thank you.

But if it "has nothing to do with our government", why is it's chairman appointed by the President and approved by the Senate? Just like a Cabinet officer or an ambassador. And why is that chairman required to regularly appear before Congress to account for his actions? And why are the operations of the Federal Reserve the subject of federal law?

Select Title 12 and Title 31 and see how many hits you get. Someone needs to get their facts straight here, but it ain't me.

FNMA is also a private entity. Are you going to claim it has nothing to do with the Federal Gov't?

As for the rest of your post, I'll wait till your meds kick in again.
