Serious charge? Well, I guess he should file a law suit then...<g> listen, I've only banned one or two posters before him, I'm extremely tolerant of opposing view points, I enjoy an intelligent debate, so that's not the reason I banned him... but, just as in any town hall meeting, when someone is disruptive, he/she gets escorted out the door, they can't disrupt the thread...

I disagree. Moderated threads are meant to be run as the moderator sees fit. Post opinions such as rock's on RWET and JLA will put his boot to your butt as soon as he knows about it. I'm banned from LWP and the Jackass Stable and I've shed no tears over either. Moderated threads have their place; it allows those of like opinion to plot. :-)
