I gather, from that quote in this context, you think gender discrimination, then, is a good thing. Would never have thought it. I gather, from your quote, that you agree that gender discrimination at exclusive country clubs is the most pressing issue facing American women today, deserving of such an extended campaign in the 'paper of record', extending even to spiking their own sportswriters' columns when they did not agree with the party line.

She says the NY Times prints too many stories about gender discrimination at a sports facility and you say she favors gender discrimination. That's not the type of logic I'd expect from someone of your intelligence and education. You know it, we know it, so why do it? Venting spleen? Showing off your verbal dexterity? Give it a rest. What has gotten into people? FL must be at his wit's end. I would like to make a motion that we ALL make a much stronger effort to stop the sniping and cheap shots. Please make an effort to say something of substance. Please think twice before making a post with a personal attack. I did think twice, even three times, before making this post and believe it would be potentially fruitful to make your post an example of what I believe is degrading the civil order of this thread. There are some who are too obtuse to reason with, but not you.
