Saddam can stay in power is he keeps destroying weapons. Unless Bush jumps the gun. Neither scenario is great but the first one saves us 200 billion bucks and thousands of American lives.

Yes that is the expected simple minded opinion of the technology ignoramus. A few grams of anthrax sent in the mail cost 46 million dollars to clean up.

My son at 15 designed a system that would time delayed release crystal growth solutions activated by a remote signal. The activation signal was sent T - a few hours and then the automated second signal was sent T + 8 hrs after the Space Shuttle was in obit. My son's expirement went well the the system operated flawlessly. A system he built and fabricated completely using the semi-professional tools in my workshop. My only input was on a question of matching the circuit impedance of his circuitry and the specification of Shuttle interface specification.

There are a million ways to distribute contamination with simple dispersant engines.

It's not the delivery system stupid, it's the contaminant.
