Tax-cuts aren't reckless. You've said SadDam won't pull an Al Qeada type attack. With his participation in and potential foreknowledge of 9/11 in serious doubt, and the very success of it being in fact an encouraging factor to a guy like SadDam, I can't imagine how you think you know(nor why anyone should accept) what you state.
