Iraq has 70 to 100 of these missiles (UN estimates).
They are dismantling 4.

This is 6% to 4% compliance.

Hey, Tim, why is it that I don't believe even that has been done?

And WHY is it that many others here swallow such "news" so eagerly and quickly?

We'll have to wait for the Hans Blix report.

But it is true that the Bush Administration said that Iraq destroying those missiles was a test. Now it appears that test is being met. Unfortunately, the dignity of Bush's earlier stance regarding those missiles sure seems like it's deviating.
