I am looking for verification online, but last night I saw a talking heads show where they said the polls now show the number of people willing to re-elect Bush in the low 40s %-wise and the number of people willing to elect a democrat in the high 30s. So they are almost even now, a year ago the democrats were getting less than 20% in this same poll.

The good news about Bush and these polls, is that the results are so unilaterally negative that Bush will have to slow down and pause (and hopefully think for a change) before he resumes this war hysteria. Maybe we can get through his last 18 mos without starting WWIII if the polls show he has no support. I'm sure there are maybe 20 people at Delay's pro war rally LOL.
