I would like to include in the RECORD statements at the end of my remarks of two of the past National Presidents of the League of United Latin American Citizens opposing Mr. Estrada's nomination. The first statement is from Belen Robles, a native Texas who has a long and active involvement in the Latino civil rights community. He writes that he is ``deeply troubled with the nomination of Miguel Estrada.''
