can you just click on that check mark? i have a green check in that box in my Outlook express, and i just put my cursor on the green arrow, and left clicked on it and it was removed. no need to use delete or anything. larry

I don't know why that would be greyed out, Rose. There's something else that's checked that causes that to be greyed out, maybe, but I can't find it.

I've been searching knowledge base articles at Microsoft's web site but have been unsuccessful. You're best bet is to wait for one of the wizards to come back on line and I'm sure you'll have an answer soon enough, and I'll learn something too!
