Ted Olsen can't ethically prosecute him, for the obvious reason (you shouldn't have a personal stake in litigation, unless you represent yourself, as it may color your judgment), but he can certainly assist the prosecution.

At some point in the past, I would have agreed. But high profile trials in America have become such circuses I can't imagine any unalloyed propaganda advantage to be had at all. I think we need to initially just make it clear that we have him, and then quietly forget about any further publicity, except retrospectively in the event of some additional resulting success story.
