Probably took notes from Adolph. His war production actually INCREASED during the war (until his raw material supplies were cut off, anyway) in spite of Allied bombing. He just built underground factories.

You know what the really bad news here is? Hans Blix, chief weapons inspector, was previously in charge of the International Atomic Energy Agency, one of whose tasks is to prevent spread of nuclear weapons. Did a good job, didn't he? He had that job for the previous 16 years. How many nations acquired nuclear weapons during that time?
