I actually believe rates will be forced down by global issues only to spike in a serious way. We had better all get our financial houses in order as the ones who don't may pay a serious price

Hey don't include the south in that! Our county unemployment rate just came in at 4%. LA county is near that too. But you are right..... high gas really threatens us here with as much driving as we do and the local area dependent on tourism during summer.

Falling dollar makes it cheaper for foreigners to travel here, so maybe that helps us.

Software stocks are looking kinda sick here. Orcl just broke it's recent range and who knows what happened to Merq on pretty heavy volume.
