I wouldn't accuse the U.S. govt. of being behind the 9/11 attacks. But, there was an awful lot of strange things that happened that day: Like Bush reading to school children while the country is under attack. I know he stopped after a while, but still I'd expect him to be a bit more concerned about and get on top of such a situation. Like the head of the Joints of Staffs who continued a meeting with a Congressmen throughout the whole 9/11 events; even when the Pentagon was hit. Isn't he suppossed to be defending our country? Like the fact that FAA and military Starndard Operating Procedures weren't followed that call for intercepting planes that have gone off course or have lost radio contact. Like they did with Payne Stewart's plane. Perhaps, they couldn' stop the planes from hitting the WTC. But, they had plenty of time to intercept that plane heading for DC that hit the Pentagon. The Pentagon strike was over an hour after the WTC was hit. Why didn't the military scamble planes to defend DC? Noone was reprimanded for letting the Pentagon take a hit? Strange?!? I am a conspiracy buff. There are some strange occourances surrounding the events on 9/11 that make you wonder what the hell the people who are suppossed to be defending this country were actually doing that fateful day?!?
