craig, the decline in christianity? sorry, but i'll take today's world over the old world of slavery. that wasn't pretty, either. i'd also argue only christians can screw christianity up. the point here is that humanity pretty much sucks. too many people finding reasons to hate others. i don't participate, do you? yeah, genetics is HUGE, but there are ways to eat right to minimize genetic defects. i agree, what they recommend to eat just isn't right and they spend far too much time attacking alternative diets instead of getting folks away from micky dees and their 1000 calorie, non-nutrient meals...
