Dear C: napalm that, (suprise!) burns just as effectively in heavy rain as in dry weather.

I was an F.O. (Forward observer) radio operator. I have called in Napalm bombardments (we call it Willie Peter). For White Phosporus. You might be interested in knowing it burns UNDER WATER. If that stuff hits you it burns a hole right through your body the size of the amount that hit you and it doesnt stop, even if you jump in a river. Really nasty stuff but beautiful at night. jdn

The situation has deteriorated from over over overkill to .9over over overkill. About equivalent to an extra 20 seconds of sandstorm a day. That's plus or minus 5 seconds.

Overall that could lead to a 1mm increase in CEP of all ordinance. That's plus or minus .03mm.
