I don't think you should have a problem with people speaking up who oppose the war. There may come a day where you and I have an issue that we want heard and I don't want to be silenced because someone doesn't agree with me. <<How about those, who, by their actions, help others to take part in violence in our country?>> Thats already against the law. But simple protesting is not helping others. If you're saying by objecting to the war that it helps terrorists I think that you are broadening the scope of what the true spirit of the law intended. Aiding a terrorist is clearly illegal
