I doubt that's the final word but if it is, the stupidity is on the part of the Turks. They will have pissed away tens of billions of dollars in aid and any voice in what happens in post Saddam Iraq. I'm sure the Kurds are celebrating.

Bush may be on the verge of become "irrelevant". Just kidding, but I hated when he kept saying the UN was irrelevant just because they weren't his rubber stamp. That only plays in places like Utah, Alabama and Texas. Everywhere else it's called BS.
