Don't need an exit strategy if one never enters where wise men fear to go (aka) the temptation to make a quick buck for his sons [and] To get stuck with a half dozen properties... (or) When the opportunity to get a quick return AFTER you place into the ownership of your cash, in return for that "opportunity," is a signal that someone knows something where the opposite exchange is a "sure thing." (or) the value of a house = location location location as in, for couples with children its a safe place with good schools or, retired people to settle where there are no children :o) or, middle aged folks with access to fishing or nightlife or... but, change is in the "winds of change," blowing hard now and, IF IF IF the USA/Iraq war happens and happens is terrorism and if inside USA bourders and if weapons of mass destruction used then, if these homes to be build is off the beaten track AND far away from large cities that obtain bio/chem contamination then, homes away from this will rocket up in price so, again, where are these property locations ? they could become their worth in weight of gold :o) also, news out today about an important terrorist being captured by USA that may cause terror activities for later to happen now... now, we have a new location location location = away from terror zones d:oug
