You're not supporting troops if they are sent into war recklessly. Now that we dont have Turkey it is a real problem. Our guys will have to parachute into the north without artillery support. That will cost lives. It's a good reason to put this war on hold, though keep up the pressure on Saddam. We also need more allies behind us. Except Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar (tiny countries) we now have no Arab allies at all. And Tony Blair is in a real fix with 70% public opinion against him backing Bush. Spain and Italy similar sitations.

This would all pretty-much offend any mainstream contemporary Democrat. But BOY SCOUTS!?! THAT is the going beyond DECENCY. No doubt Traitor Tom Daschle will break right down and cry about "America's future" in front of some liberal media info-bitch within the next week.

After Hanoi George McGovern and Traitor Tom Daschle, South Dakota should be suspended from Senate participation for a couple centuries, until they remember the name of the country.
