She has no love for this country. If this was for oil then why didn't we just take it over the last time. The left has no answer for this. Give peace a chance. WE DID!!!!

We gave Sadaam a chance and we know the results. If GW does not follow through then the Jihad will have further proof of our weakness and cowardice. They will then gloat and millions more will join the jihad. IF any of these leftists would bother to learn something about the jihad mindset they might understand that like any gang they fear only a strong sheriff.

You are wrong. Majority of US supports war ONLY with full UN support which Bush has not gotten and may never get. You listen to Rush Limbaugh too much. Limbaugh types are propaganda artists not interested in truth. And yes it is about oil, because take away the oil and we wouldn't be there. Simple logic. Anne COulter, Bill O'Reilly and others have admitted it's about oil and "so what?" they ask. But Bush will not or cannot be that honest. The chickenhawks in Bush's think-tanks are all for paying for the war with Iraqi oil. If you want to believe their public pronouncements and denials you can but you're not being rational.

As for me being far-left, I'm not with the peace marchers on the left, I'm a centrist progressive working for John Kerry. He is liberal on the environment and so am I. But conservatives should be environmentalists too. Conserving our resources = conservatism. Teddy Roosevelt was the first big environmentalist and Bush claims to be a Teddy R Republican. But he's not. He gives away our resources to special interests and polluters, and always had. One of the worst environmental records in America. And Cheney and Delay are just as bad or worse.

All draft-dodgers by the way, and Bush even went AWOl and deserted his Texas Air Guard unit for a whole year. That's why they're called chickenhawks. When it was their turn they were afraid to fight. Kerry is a Silver Star winner and took three bullets. He is a man of real courage and honesty.
