>>> OSX support is around 86. If the breakout is real then this needs to hold. <<<

Arch, I agree.

The trading range is getting smaller and smaller with the OSX. 86-93 doesn't give one much of a reward to risk ratio. As a rule, when the range narrows down to this level, the odds say it's better to step aside until one sees which way the trend breaks.

I think I'll wait to see if 93 can break on above average volume before I play the OSX yet again.

When I look at the weekly chart of the OSX, I notice a Gravestone Doji has formed. Does this indicate we are about to bury the OSX? In any event, it clearly shows that the rally last week has failed.

I'm not sure there's enough weeks in the recent upturn to be affected by last week's Gravestone Doji, but I'm not willing to risk it yet. Prudence dictates paying attention to what the market is saying and right now it's saying it isn't sure about oil service companies. If the market isn't sure, I know I'm not. <lol>

Color me a spectator the next couple of days unless some market moving news comes along.

How do you see it?
