Don't know it's werdball, but just heard a nice turn of phrase on CNN - "for those that use procrastination as their primary time management technique".

Guess my first question is why is this "expected rise"
any different from the umpteen others since '90?

I hear ya.

Perhaps this isn't the bottom.

I notice though that many of those umpteen bumps were good
for 30% or more. Not too shabby. Especially if I can
figure out how to get a little leverage.

Thanks for mentioning ADR's.

If you have some “inside info”, let me know. Based on
demographics, I haven’t been watching Japan lately. A few
years, and that will be a different story.

I'm so far outside I can't even see the door.

I just notice the amount of accumulation during this latest
down also during the (possible) base building that it has
me a little suspicious if those with more brain power know
something and are buying while no one would even think of it.
