Whether we had a major concern or not the question still stands.

You stated

No one leader should have the ability to "go it alone".

What I'm driving at is do you hold other leaders (not just those in the US) to that same standard? I don't think we can possibly move forward if we handcuff our government to one set of standards but give free passage to all other countries leaders.
