The thing was passed so quickly that most members did not have copies of what they were voting on. Or so I've read.

Now you've got to wonder about them accepting an excuse like that. Couldn't they say "Well, we'll vote tomorrow. Print it overnight. Or forget it." or "Put it online. We can view it their and print copies as needed."

And maybe this is just an excuse they need for gross stupidity and negligence.

Sorry, forgot, they do not geteven a little seat in some part of the civilization, just like
some thought would be smart in the 1700s and 1800s.
