On the one hand, Turkey can vote "no" on a Northern front access through their country and on that same hand they would give up $6,000,000,000.00 in grants and possibly lose support for a $16,000,000,000.00 IMF loan backed by the US, ...or on the other hand they could vote for troop access and take the money and run. I hear they are struggling with that now.

Dear AS: Yes we can, there are airfields in northern Iraq perfectly capable of handling our big cargo planes. We will land the 101st airborne, secure the fields and the planes will be coming in right behind them. Watch and see if I am correct. jdn

You confirm your cluelessness.

The attack will be mounted with overwhelming force from Kuwait. A second front will be opened via airlift in the north.

Saddam is toast.
