Plans are already made for seizing Iraqi oilfields. BP has a piece then some major US companies. And Halliburton to build infrastructure. We take it then say it's for the Iraqi people but first repay expenses, reparations, and give the oil companies a MUCH better deal than they get from any other oil nation. Who's going to stop us? The Iraqi leader would be our puppet. I dont get how you get doubt this for a minute. It's good old-fashioned neo-imperialistic capitalism.
