Like I said, it is possible that they are running out of resources. I don't think they'd be willing to lose face like this if they could help it. cant agree with ya there (shocker im sure..LOL).. IMO if anything that the US persistence to attack Iraq despite objection from some European nations and worldwide opinion that war is not the way to go about this (last poll I read was that over 65% of the US oppose war against Iraq if they continue to disarm no matter how slowly) has done for Al-Queda is strengthen them as sympathizers cross the fence.. Having some knowledge of how terroists/resistance movements work, (Fidel Castro considered some of my family members terrorists during the 50-60's in Cuba as they were part of the resistance who tried to overthrow the Castro regime) the second some member of the organization is fingered out or made a priority (say a second commander etc.), that persons knowledge and dealings in the organization from then on are severely limited and his or hers responsibilities are moved to someone who doesn’t have a laser beam pointed at them. This ensures the organizations existence in the eventuality that high profile person is captured, and limits the opposition use of this individual. Who knows exactly what this capture means, but I wouldn’t put too much stock (pun intended).. Just think of what has come out of those hundreds of people we captured in Afghanistan aside from some false alarms and wasted 'terror alerts'. Israel
