MD, I started putting my tax info together tonight. 2 new items caught my eye. One is the "voluntary" payment of 5.85% MA tax versus the mandatory 5.3%. The other is the section where MA residents are supposed to list all purchases over $250 that no sales tax was paid on, ie internet or from NH, where there is no sales tax. It reminded me of a customs declaration form. the states are hurting...
