Bill, great research on REFR

Except that none of it is accurate. Wrong Roman Reyes, wrong address in DE and wrong about SPD. And in one of the deepest holes shorts have ever dug themselves, 2,000,000 to cover and an average volume (w/o shorts) of less than 10K. Short interest goes up every month. Can't cover.
