I can't even follow your hyperbole any more. Your projecting something which I never said.

NOK cannot make a CDMA phone period. they cannot make one any cheaper than a Qualcomm customer, and probably alot more expensive. Let's just assume that both have equal cost in building a phone. NOK would pay 4% more than china domestic due to royalties. NOK also has to pay some import duty. So to this end it makes it uncompetitive to try to build it outside china first of all and then to compete inside china with the domestic mfg.

Differnece in component cost is like $3-5 less for GSM than CDMA.
