and the only reason Clinton skipped the UN is because a resolution would have been vetoed by Russia, who considers itself the Serbs' blood brother No! Tell me it isn't so! Clinton "went it alone"? How can this be? The United States acted Unilaterally? Russia didn't agree with the way we run our wars? No, NATO acted unilaterally. NATO is a coalition of over 20 nations of which the US is one of them. Plus Clinton didn't have to bribe any of them to participate. ted
