The guy they captured over the weekend said they had plans to hijack a commercial aircraft and crash into Pearl Harbor... An obvious phony story. For all the trouble of hijacking the plane all they would get is a big splash. This sounds like a Karl Rove special where he pushes hot button words together without any regard to the truth or likelyhood. TP

Doesn't surprise me the two thoughtless posts that responded to your post, prior to this one. The symbolic nature of an attack on Pearl Harbor would be mind boggling. All the servicemen who lost their lives there, and the memories that would be rekindled, of friends and loved ones lost, would surely deal a psychological blow to the United States. How could someone joke about the sinking of the Arizona, where over 1000 of our soldiers died, and the majority are entombed below. boisestate.edu Regards, BobP
