Mad2, I don't think your comments were appropriate regarding Dan or the company.

That you don't like Dan is evident but not worthy of the mean spirited personal attack. Dan does not in any way deserve that broad side.

You may not care for the company or its products, but this company has overcome and has certainly exceeded your expectations. Were it worth the time we could find some dire predictions of yours that they would never again attain the sales of the first year following the journal news. The 47% revenue increase this year, record sales and yearly profit demonstrates that it is a small company accomplishing something that many far larger ones have been unable to do and that is earn a profit and grow its business.

So its never going to reach the lofty expectations of the go go years. BFD. That doesn't warrant personal attacks or smears on a tiny emerging company. Give it a rest why don't you.

Hi Mad2. It's always good to hear from you. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't know that expressing opinions about an investment was right up there with joking about killing, disease, death, racial slurs, religious slurs etc.

Sorry about your nausea problems. Could the vomiting be caused by one or more of the following Matrixx facts?

47% growth in sales from 2002 to 2003?

110% growth in sales from the fourth quarter of 2001 to the fourth quarter of 2002?

The company's guidance for 30% growth in sales from 2002 to 2003?

The five new products introduced in September 2002?

The expected new products for 2003?

The low Price to Sales, Price to Book, Debt to Equity, and high growth rates compared to the company's sector?

The $10.8 million increase in Shareholder's Equity (44% increase from 2001)

The positive cash flow?

The 72% gross profit margin?

The experienced and reputable Board of Directors, Officers, and marketing personnel?

The 14 cent per share profit in 2002?

The expected profit in 2003?

Your short position?

Do you feel more like throwing up after reading this post? Matrixx might have something to offer for your nausea. It's called coveryourshort. Have you heard of it? By the way, Matrixx isn't a "POS company" just because you say so. If you ignore your four-year old bias and just consider the facts, some of which are listed above, you might come to a different conclusion.
