Hi,

Though in general I am happy with IB, I have a problem with one of my trades this afternoon. I want to know from others, what I think is right/wrong.

I was short CALL ES MAR with strike 830. This afternoon, some of my contracts were liquidated at 3:13:56 PM at an average price of 19.45, while the ES03H contract was at 828.25;; At the end of the day the ES03H contract is at 833.75 and the ask on the option CALL ES 830 MAR is at 17.

The problem is, when the ES MAR contract was at/around 828, on TWS platform and everywhere the bid/ask for MAR 830 CALL was between 14.25 and 16; How on earth IB got this my contracts liquidated at an average price of 19.45. The customer rep says, as per the Bloomberg quote the ask was at 19.25 for half an hour for (30 minutes) between 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM which is totally wrong . I just can't believe it, as it an electronic exchange and also there was an ask always at/around 815...

I subscribe to Quote.com, What is the symbol for the option CALL MAR 830?

I am not sure if it is worth my time, to file a complaint with IB. I want some opinions before I decide...

Thanks...
